 HEZIFAM Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All HeziFam orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Lost or Delayed Packages
HeziFam is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. HeziFam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
